Among all the facilities and activities available at the Pays Basque campsite, don’t miss out on a water-based holiday:
- Our heated indoor swimming pool: in summer, it’s nice and warm, and before and after the summer season, you can enjoy our indoor swimming pool.
- At the Pays Basque seaside campsite, you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet of a sandy beach just 50 meters away.
Children’s playground
A small play area specially designed for children
Under their parents’ supervision, the little ones will have a great time on the turnstile, the mini-boggan and the 2 swings. The synthetic floor prevents any serious injuries! Right next door is a fitness area with a variety of weight-training machines for you to use at your convenience.
Ping Pong table
If you’re a ping pong fan, you’ll be delighted to get together around the campsite table to swap a few balls with your friends, and why not take part in a group tournament.
Lively evenings in the Basque Country
In July and August, you’ll have a great vacation in Saint Jean de Luz thanks to the activities on offer at the Erromardie campsite:
- Special activities are organized for children aged 3 to 6 from Monday to Saturday: board games, drawing, and many other workshops await your children!
- Themed evenings with a variety of activities are held 5 times a week: disco, karaoke or bingo evenings are yours for the taking!
Paradis des Stars: summer lights up the spotlight!
Get ready for unforgettable evenings featuring live concerts, festive entertainment and surprises for the whole family!
From July 14th onwards, your vacations will take on a whole new dimension at over 80 Paradis campsites thanks to the Paradis des Stars tour. This touring festival transforms your holiday destination into a musical stage, where artists, atmosphere and good humor become one.
More than 25 singers, who have won acclaim on the world’s top music shows and on the world’s most beautiful stages, take to the stage to share their passion… and set your evenings alight!
Petanque court
A favorite spot for boulistes!
If you’re looking for a place to play pétanque, our campsite with entertainment in the Basque Country has several boulodromes. Don’t forget to bring your boules and a jack!
- Library: Regular and occasional readers will meet in the library at the campsite entrance.
- TV room: On match days, when the news is on or to watch a film, you can access our TV room during opening hours.
- Multimedia access: For those who wish to have access to a computer during their vacations, take advantage of multimedia access at the campsite.
Use the famous Vélodyssée
From Bayonne to Hendaye, you have around 50 kms of green or shared paths: you pass through Biarritz along the beaches of Anglet, and reach Saint Jean de Luz at Hendaye plage via the superb route de la Corniche. Thrills and views are guaranteed for cycling enthusiasts, and the joys of cycling are yours for the taking during your vacation in the Basque Country.

A little walking is good for your health!
From the campsite, the nearby coastal path offers a wide range of scenery: beaches, superb coves, small roads and wild paths. When you reach the Pointe de Sainte Barbe, the view is breathtaking…. You overlook the bay of Saint Jean de Luz. It’s magical, especially at low tide. So don’t forget good shoes for a good walk in Saint Jean de Luz, in our remarkable Basque country.
Fishing on foot
Our exceptional location 50 metres from the sandy beach in the Erromardie district of Saint Jean de Luz gives you direct access to our pretty, rocky Basque coast. For those who enjoy fishing on foot, it couldn’t be easier, as at low tide you can find ocean treasures such as sea urchins, octopus, shrimps, crabs and more.
The sandy beach is 50 metres from the campsite.
There’s no need to take your car, as the beach is reserved for you. Dive, swim and relax to the rhythm of the waves and tides, and enjoy these moments on the Erromardie beach in Saint Jean de Luz.
Swimming is of course supervised in July and August. That doesn’t mean you can’t follow the safety rules and respect this magnificent natural environment. It’s up to all of us to preserve our coastline so that we can come and spend pleasant vacations on the Basque coast.
Children’s club Camping Paradis
Club Paradis welcomes children aged 6 to 12. Many activities are planned to make their stay fun under the supervision of our team of entertainers.
Every morning, your children can take part in fun and educational workshops.
